Memories of the last snowstorm of winter. There is my new furry friend with her dad. She let me take the photo of her that day. This puppy is in the process of becoming a therapy dog for someone who needs her companionship and love. I think we aren't going to have any more snow this year, that was the last snowfall here...hopefully. Now waiting for spring.
Thanks a lot for all ! Your visiting are well appreciated for me !

There has been little snow this year so far, so I dug this image out of the archives!

The sun was so bright, it warmed the path ahead. What is beyond the gate? Winter....?
Lots of fun PP this image, but generally full frame as shot with colours enhanced with contrast and details increased.
The view across the howe/valley earlier this week. The first real blizzard of the winter, that settled and lasted longer than just one day! It has returned to heavy frost as the week and the month ends. But it was quite beautiful while it lasted ;o)

The colors of spring I've been waiting for, especially the dame's rockets here in all the lush green.
Thank you for your kind comments, faves and invitations and please, do not post photos in the comment box. Have a great week!
I will be away for the long weekend and will try to see you when I have time.
Enjoy the long weekend if you are in Canada and a regular weekend in all other places.
My corner of Aberdeenshire on a freezing morning in January. Lockdown here does allow essential journeys. There are no limits except the shire boundaries - a welcome change from March, as it's a 30 mile round trip to the petrol pumps and the supermarket! This was taken just before we ran into a bank of freezing fog ... it's just visible in the distance!
