Sometimes we see things, we like to share with more people
Sometimes we understand how little we are
Sometimes we can be little, but with a Big Heart to share
Sometimes the rushed 'grab' photos come out pretty good. This was 43009 on the strike altered 2C67 08.59 Bristol TM - Plymouth. 43016 on the front. I was more concerned with getting a shot of the Nunney Castle nameplate and just pointed the camera as it left. The bright winter sun dappled by the nearby pine trees just caught the pointy end in one of the frames.
Sometimes I wonder who I am
Who made the trees
Who made the sky
Who made the storms
Who made heartbreak
I wonder how much life I can take
A veces hay cosas que no entiendes...
a veces nos complicamos tontamente..
a veces me gustaría no salir nunca de este sitio...
y otras me encantaría volver....
When you royally F**K up a doll, you can assuage your feelings by drawing all over her face with watercolor pencils!!
(AND she's smiling!! How did THAT happen? ^-^)
Sometimes you can not even dream those colors. Of course the light was just fantastic.

Sometimes your feeling comes, and goes, you just don't know. Especially emotion of taking photos and enjoyinig your photos, it's just like a girl, sometimes you think you know all her thought sometimes not at all
I'm sick with missing;
sick with longing,
for someone who has been promised.
I have seen them in type,
but not yet in person.
They wait,
as in a sleep;
lost in the dream.
(Listening to Chad Valley - Labasa - still!!)
Sometimes you find words by a chance, like small treasures hidden -waiting for you to discover them.
Sometimes they inspire,
sometimes you stumble upon them after you have been running around in damp grass with no shoes on
- and you think that your original thoughts are shadowed by the apropriateness of the newly discovered gems.
We all have our reasons, our why's and because's, our wants and needs.
Its perhaps all a question of the cards we get dealt in life, how much we can use our because, how deeply we feel our why and how strongly we want or need.
Tonight's treasure comes from Old Russia.
We were four sisters, four sisters were we,
All four of us loved, but had different "becauses:"
One loved because father and mother told her to,
another loved because her lover was rich,
the third loved because he was a famous artist,
and I loved because I fell in love.
We were four sisters, four sisters were we,
All four of us wished, but had different wishes:
one wished to raise children and cook oatmeal,
another wished to wear a new dress every day,
the third wished everyone would talk about her,
and I wished to love and be loved.

Sometimes we tend to miss out on the details of things... and life in general...
Sometimes we miss out on curves, and lines, and beauty...
Sometimes, it takes a monochromed view to bring us back
to the bare essentials
and re-awaken us to the fact
that, yes, beauty is,
indeed,
in the eye of the beholder...
(This ain't caramel no more...
But nevertheless deliciously curvy! I thought treating it in black and white would do it some justice. Have a great week ahead everyone!)
"When your stepfather abused or bullied your brother, were you usually spared?"
"I don't know…..Sometimes." I watched the fists on my knees tighten, relax, tighten. "I guess."
The old guilty relief : being the one not screamed at, not yanked by the arm or whacked in the head.

Hasselblad 501C, Carl Zeiss 80mm f2.8 C T*, Kodak Portra 400, Indie Film Lab Noritsu scan.
Sometimes things don't work out the way you planned. Sometimes you end up cooking your film to death in dektol til it's so dark your scanner can't see it as negative film so you have to scan it as slide film and invert it afterwards, adjust curves, levels, contrast etc... Sometimes you just have to say, "Oh well, I won't do that again...Or maybe I will. Maybe I'll do it on purpose next time." ...Happy accidents and all that.
