The setup to create the shadow wings for my "Fire Angel" photo. This is a fairly early setup photo -- there was a lot of tweaking as I went.

Strobist: One speedlight in 57" brolly camera right.
The corner of the front room where I've shot "NSAID" and "My '04 Lemond". The top reveals the bg flash to wash out the background and the bottom includes the artist "Corey", a.k.a. me.

J'ai changer le fond pour un en blanc pour un résulta préférable à mon gout.
Ps. Les feuilles de papier devant les flashs son pas vraiment transparent , c'est pour voir les flash en arrière.

setup shot:
2 bottles with styrofoam between held together with rubber bands
sb28 on lowest setting through grid, cto gel on bottom part so the female flask is more intense orange of color, I really wanted to light the bottles from below so they glowed
left is a box so the bottom of the 'bed' is in a shadow
left top is a strobe (metz 48af1) on 1/64 with grid and cto gel too too
all manually triggered by camera flash, set to 1/20th trough a small softbox to give some fill on the 'bed sheets'
and yes on the left that's a bally bumper pinball machine from 1936 used as a flash stand

I'm building a motor drive cable for my pocket wizard to fire a EOS Rebel (XT(i)). The idea is to set it up high with a wide angle lens over a strobist event and key the camera to a shooting station's PW channel to automatically record setup shots for each shot.
Here is the superclamp + ball head setup being tested in my shop. This is gonna open up some cool possibilities at the next garage shoot.
(Side note: Can you believe this much noise is from shooting at ISO400? I'll never buy another camera with a Sony sensor in it again).
Si, estoy aburrido... El día nos tunío con el piscinazo y el Moco se suponía que llegaba a las 10am (Son las 13:47am y no pasa nada...)

Getting ready to settle in for a long night on Tuesday. Even from the UK I'll be tuning in as the results come in.
The home entertainment setup is explained here.
