She's been a wee bit of a challenge so far,I haven't gotten used to repainting so many different head molds,while fun it's a bit difficult given I'm so used to doing Ariel and her proportions are much different than Aquatas.I hope Vanessa and Andrina don't turn out to be this difficult(I'm a little rusty,lol)
The Twilght Series
Noel Cruz is one of the most versatile & distinguished repaint artists in the doll community. He is most recognized for his character & celebrity based dolls due to their uncanny resemblance to the people they portray. His dolls are derived from several models like Gene, Tyler, Sydney, etc, by various doll-makers such as Robert Tonner & Franklin Mint. His repaints as well as his portraits are done with intricate detail to the point of being naturally lifelike in essence. Highly regarded among collectors and artists alike, Noel attempts to raise the bar and bring a fresh take to the common mass produced doll with every face he paints. Noel's specialty is with one of a kind repaints. The beauty of repaints is that almost no two are exactly alike just as no two artists are alike.

I wouldn't recommend this line as a good base for customs and repaints. They are too soft for carving and their eyes are very difficult to attach, so it's better to not touch them at all, if you are ok with how your doll's eyes look. I tried to reposition them a bit, which required cutting one end from both eyes and after that I had some hard times placing them back into eye sockets. (worming up the head helps alot)
I would love to give her a new body, because the stock one is very poorly made, her limbs are woobly and the doll has problems even with sitting, but unfortunately she's too pale for obitsu/pure neemo.
Also if you have first version of Koe try to keep her hood away from her face, because the red part may stain the soft plastic. :)
A recent acquisition, a lovely Stella (?) repaint.
I have altered her hair from how she came to me, it was very curly, but it wasn't in great shape.
I would love to know who painted her : ), she really is lovely.

Monsters high are so precious!
Face up and boy sealed with MSC.
The hair is restyled without any cut and any gel or glue. I hate the dolls with hard hair, with her hairdressing she can have always soft hair and ready to restyle again.
A commissioned repaint I did of Elsa from Disney´s frozen.
Base doll 11,5" Disneystore Elsa doll, full facial repaint, hair restyled.

All the dust. All of it.
She would have looked better with brown eyes, I just usually do grey since it gives me a chance to practice mixing more colors.

I want to do these more often but sometimes you get carried away at painting that you loose track of taking pictures along the way. It's actually helpful and educational for me to see the photos to see where I can improve and which process to change. ^^;
