Taking off her makeup was not fun. I used nail polish remover, and it just smears all over rather than lifting off easily. It eventually came off. I drew her new face on with layers of water color pencils, spraying coats of msc between layers.

The 500 between Aylesbury and Hemel Hempstead has for years been in the capable hand of the N reg Scania East Lancs saloons, assisted by the odd double decker. When I last visited Tring in September, there was a whole range of vehicles in use, including this DAF SB3000 Plaxton Premiere. 4367 (W367 XKX) had until recently been part of the Green Line fleet.
It's good to be home after a long trip and I've been making up for the lost time with my dolls. Remi and Minimalist Dasha arrived the day I came back but I had trouble bonding with them. After posting a FS ad and getting no replies I got one of my repainting frenzies again and the two newcomers got new looks. Remi got a repaint and hairstyling, Dasha a bodyswap to NF, hairstyling and a repaint, and Eugenia was happy to snatch up her FR2 body. She looks absolutely fabulous squared, this body just enhances the beauty of any doll that gets it.

Plaxton Panther-bodied Volvo B12B 20611 (LK07 CDE) is also another recent repaint into the new two-tone RailAir livery, and is seen resting at Reading Station on Wednesday 19th August in between runs to Heathrow Airport. As with all the other repaints it features an alliterative promotion on the rear pairing a location on the First Great Western network with an overseas destination - in this case, Plymouth to Pisa.
The ten RailAir coaches are based at Reading Buses' Great Knollys Street depot, and since September 2012 Reading Buses (or more accurately, Reading Transport Ltd) has been subcontracted to do all cleaning, refuelling, servicing and maintenance for the RailAir fleet.
