My repaints box is getting more and more buses added each week. Newly added to be stripped are a lothian royale and president which ste goibg white and a dual door wright renown which is to be repainted in Oxford bus company livery. All the others will be going dealer fleet white apart from 2 deckers which are going into yellow school bus livery. most of the buses in the box are ex Lothian!
With the number of daylight hours considerably reduced now that British Summer Time has ended, so the quality of light is also diminished. This means that during the winter months there are new obstacles for us photographers.
On bright days the sun is lower in the sky, creating long and dark shadows which can create difficult conditions and when there is no sunlight at all the strength of light is often poor and as can be seen here a darker, more gloomy ambience is captured. Using an SLR camera (Canon 1200D) makes little difference in conditions like this except for the lack of grain in the technical quality.

A71 has just been repainted into the Freight Australia scheme by West Coast Railway at Ballarat East while also in the shed is S302 which is being prepared for a repaint into the same West Coast Railway scheme on 26-7-2000

Yep! In 2008 I attempted to make my custom "Fashion Royalty Barbie". She smiles which is totally against the rules obviously, but look at those eyelashes, I think she turned out just fine. :-)

Harmony is a fully customized doll. She has a Curvy Barbie body type with a goddess Barbie face sculpt. Her clothes are handmade using patterns that I designed to fit Harmony's body type. She is a full repaint.

Had one of my repainting frenzies this week. Agnes got a new face up inspired by the Regal Estate Agnes, but with more earthy tones and my painting style. She has the Brides of Dracula body and rocks Dress Me Luchia's lingerie.
My Little sister and Mom helped inspire this repaint, they saw a photograph of a girl in Africa that had ferns woven in her hair and told me about it.
