When I use the thinlens, I typically over sample up to 3 times (2^3 X 2^3) = 64 samples. This one uses "aa 1 3". I've found I can reduce the samples of the meshlights (8 samples) and global illumination (4 samples) quite a bit without many noticeable artifacts, resulting in a slightly faster render.

I don't think this was a deliberate tribute to the Planet of the Apes films but you never know. Does anyone remember what Caesar's original name was (No googling!)

Clarification; I am talking about the character named Caesar from the Planet of the Apes movies-he was the one who led the rebellion and ended up as ruler of Ape City.
