I switched the glass sphere to a light in this one. I had to crank up the samples on both the ward shader and anti-aliasing to get a good result.

I like the moody lighting of these Sphere Lights.

No light, just ambient and radiosity

What is the better HDRI ou EXR?

For me is EXR, cause I have more control.

Quick render to check texture detail and alignment plus general look over of the model. Texture resolution currently at 2048x2048 but will be halved when uploaded to Second Life. Initial checks show that minimal details are lost (stitching still looks good which is usually the first detail to suffer from rescaling, yay!).

Not happy with the diamond bumps on the toe of the sole - looks blurry compared to other sharper details. Will fix this.
