Berries rendered into a wojapi sauce combine with mousse Biscoff cookie crumble for a sweet and smooth dessert following a dinner menu crafted by Chef Mikiya Alloway. The dinner was inspired by Menominee food traditions and incorporated Indigenous ingredients like buffalo, squash, beans, and berries.
