A going-away meal for Dave and Suzan, with fries, homemade chicken gravy, and Spring Hill Farm cheese curds.
The gravy is meh, but I can forgive that. My main complaint about this poutine from Potato Champion was that the fries were hot but the curds were straight up cold. I haven't been a fan of their poutine in ages but also hadn't had their food in awhile and thought I'd give them another chance. Never again.
I should've gone to Pyro Pizza instead.
A Canadian-only thing, apparently. It consists of fries, cheese, and gravy [heart attack, anyone?] You can get it at pretty much any fast food place [I got this one at Burger King]
Poutine! A gift from the Canadian gods. It is french fries with gravy and cheese curds. NOM. Also, it tastes a lot better than it looks.
