Seriously, who doesn't love poutine for breakfast.

Officially an offering from the FryDay's truck of chicken and bacon with ranch dressing over fries, I call it poutine.

POUTINE!!! At Ashton's. Damn, it was good...

I question the authenticity of this poutine. Mainly because I'm not in Canada. Also because, in every picture or video I have seen of poutine, it has always had white cheese curds. This one appeared to have chunks of cheddar. Do those count? I should ask a Canadian. Anyway, authentic or not, it was delicious, and they gave me a LOT of it.

Fries, gravy and cheese curds at La Banquise.

We sampled a poutine as well. Squeaky, greasy, soggy, yet stangely delicious!

It's POO-teen. Hella nasty in theory, hella good in reality! Except when you eat it at Mega Bite. SAL-TY!

That's french fries covered in gravy, cheese curds, mushrooms, bacon and hot dog slices. A national dish of Quebec!
