Jojo Pizzaria's impressive poutine menu. Including regular sauce and italian (tomato & meat) sauce, Jojo has a total of 34 types of poutines.

Québec's national dish. French fries, cheese curds and gravy. We ate at la Resto Banquise which is a 24 hour poutine restaurant (poutinerie?). They had all kinds of dishes for poutine. Mine was full of meat.

There was a camera crew filming a table of people while we were there. I assume it was either a sitcom or maybe a reality show.

Simply cross the river into Canada and all of a sudden there are "OOOT", "ABOOOT", "EH", and poutine on the menus. Absolutely delightful. I love Canada!

I can't believe I ate the whole thing

Poutine is a fine Canadian tradition: Chips with gravy and cheese curds. It is comfortingly stodgy and perfect for a cold day when I need to work quickly and cover a lot of ground.

The best poutine is from Montreal, but I've never been there, and I think the stuff from Zakko's Deli is just delicious. More importantly, it is just around the corner from City Hall, where we have several cars I need to look after.

43/365 We hosted an Olympics Opening Ceremonies party last night where everyone had to pick a county & bring a food representing that country. Canada brought us some yummy poutine, french fries topped with cheese curds & gravy.

Some would call it Canadians' favorite comfort food, this is french fries topped with cheese curd and gravy. Read more and see examples:

The plate didn't look much different after I finished. Poutine is self-replenishing, I think.
