Coconut Mascarpone Mousse with Coconut Liquer on a Dark Chocolate Crunchie both on top of a Classic Genoise ( jen-wah) soaked in Pandan Syrup. The dessert mousse was sprinkled with toasted dessicated coconut. Piping design: Chocolate piping with Avocado Sauce and Mango Sauce.
