The prinskorv tasted like those vienna sausages that were so popular in the 80's.
The meatballs are made from scratch. 50% beef and 50% pork. We fried them in a frying pan.
What do you get when there is a sale on Lamb and Italian Sausage at Kroger? Meatballs! After all the recent chaos, Angela and I needed a quiet Friday night to each other. With her help, I made a pasta dinner for our night of TV and talking.

24 cupcakes for a birthday party at the movie theater for the viewing of Partly Cloudy with a chance of Meatballs. I still can't believe how good this came out.
Probably the oddest combination of foods since I ate BBQ Spaghetti down in Memphis. Who pairs a meatball with a SALAD? Jerry Longo, that's who. Salad with chicken, sure. Salad with tuna or ham? Well, OK. But a salad and a MEATBALL? This is apparently what Jerry Longo's is famous for, and I ordered the prix fixe menu, no substitutions, so I guess I'm eating a meatball salad. The original restaurant was based in Rhode Island, and they're all pretty weird there, I guess.
I should point out that I didn't get my "Scoop of ricotta" at first, it was mentioned on the menu as part of the deal, but I had to ask for it. I didn't know if that's supposed to go with the salad or the meatball, so I just spread it on some bread.
