One of my favorite locations of my region. I often come here to see how it looks in different seasons. In summer the greens are so vivid, the melting snow fills the stream. Still I love the autumn colours and mood, but it always worths to keep a look here.
It's just a rainy day somewhere in French countryside (Vendée), with a relax horses !!!
With heartfelt and genuine thanks for your kind visit. Have a wonderful and beautiful day, be well, keep your eyes open, appreciate the beauty surrounding you, enjoy creating and stay safe! ❤️❤️❤️
A long overdue catch up this evening with a good friend. We'd been out on the moors searching for Curlews. We did hear a few but sightings were rare.
On my way home the sun was looking grand and I had to pull over and take this shot.
Unfortunately the Lambo was in for a service so the Shhkoda had to provide the foreground!! :)

It has been so much fun having three juveniles visit my backyard. Picking and choosing various shots to keep vs. delete has been difficult.
From our shorebird trip a couple days ago. Many yellowlegs and other sandpipers were crowded into a small pool full of minnows. One Lesser Yellowlegs in particular seemed determined to keep one place in the pool for himself, and predictably lashed out at any bird to come within pecking distance.

A lone man walking on the huge Dune du Pilat in France, the largest sand dune in Europe. I kept photographing him for quite some time as he was walking towards me, I like this narrow frame that really looks as if it was shot in a vast desert and definitely somewhere out of Europe...
I have quite a few nice photos from this scene, this is one of my faves.
In the Lobethal Wool Mills.
It is possible to do this sort of thing with a UWA lens. Just difficult.
