I added this description due to the first two comments.... This is the old bank building in the town of Rhyolite, NV. It is surrounded by a barbed wire fence to keep visitors out. There is also a sign stating to beware of rattle snakes.

He loves to play tug-o-war with his rope. I actually think he likes it a little too much..and sadly, it gives us a work out when playing with him!
I find myself saying that over and over in my head, 'Keep it Together...' My dog still has not returned home and much like my mother's way of thinking, I believe Nakita went off to pass away. She was acting so strangely the last few months; having her on and off days and yesterday morning she was even more 'off' than in previous weeks.
She went outside, came in, whined a bunch, so she went back outside and never came back...
Okay, I cannot say anything more about it because it's still far too painful to think about. I've got to keep it together - so, I'll just leave it at this: I pray that no matter where she went, that she is safe and feeling no pain.
