This is the view from my window. On a sunny day.
Your eyes are not tricking you and my cognitive skills are not failing (yet), but the thing is that our perceptions differ. Our perceptions are most often influenced by our emotional states. It's true that they are also influenced by physical cues from the environment - study too much and sleep too little; have several drinks and wake up with the fire alarm; drink black tea and so on. But the pain and convulsions caused by them are nothing compared to those caused by emotional states. And emotional states are influenced by hormones.
I read recently a paper claiming that our gender and identity are social constructs, influenced by society and the media. How wrong. We are animals, driven by instincts, but struggling to chain them in artificial norms. It's our hormones that dictate our gender. It's our hormones that make us happy for no apparent reason. It's them that cause distortion, for good or bad, to perceive reality in different ways. And it's them, when running amok, who cause twitches, convulsions, outbursts and the mother of all storms to bring hell in your head.
When we will understand to set our animal inside loose from constraints, we will see the sun shining.

We have been influenced by China for many things;costume,Kanji,hairstyle,foods,Buddhism and so on.
Now we should remember our friendship at that time to keep on keeping such friendship for our descendants.
However,Chinese government and people still insist on compensation caused by Japanese army during World War Ⅱ.
I think it's time for Chinese people to quit to inveigh against Japan,cause we have lots of Chinese tourists here.

Imagine a future so technologically advanced, culturally advanced in respect and peaceful harmony. This is a future possible where not one civilization has not tried to take over the other and that cultural influences have not been surpressed. This is a future where everybody is free spirited just not to live free but to think free beyond the limitless bounds of their infinite imaginations. Where not any society will try to surpress who you are when you step out of your own society. A future where you will be free to dress, eat, listen to music with no intimidation from any society that will abound on it's own incredible moral respect, decency and modesty in the most caring ways you could ever dream of. A future where everything is created in the most beautiful means imaginable from music, fashion, science, art and love for what the Universe has abounded in so many diverse possibilities. I see this has the next level of evolution since humanity is no longer a baby anymore but a child that has out grown it's crib and preparing to step it's way into the vast unknown through exploration. You are looking 50 years into the future where ancient meets advance and technology meets nature all in harmony.
For this third edition of Les Roches influencers trip, eight international YouTubers travelled to Spain and Switzerland to get a glimpse of hospitality management education, the student experience on our Les Roches campuses, what it means to study in such a multicultural environment and the career opportunities in the global hospitality industry.

Audience: Church members
Direction: To visualize influence. Being that darkness cannot help but be influenced by light, I decided that was the direction.
This is the red shaded title slide in 16:9 ratio. (here's Blue and Black). The first direction I took was to make "Influence" look like it was echoing, but then discovered I could turn the "i" into a little person. Then, I tried doing echoes around the little dude with ellipses, but it looked ugly. Finally, I came up with the concept you see here.

Oberlin's Black History Month fashion show featured some of the unique styles that influenced the fashion industry and the nation in the last 50 years.
The annual show is a celebration of black beauty, black style, and their impact on popular style and culture. The show is also meant to be an inclusive space, rejecting the norms/traditions of the fashion industry in regard to what the ‘‘model type’’ should look like.
