I wouldn't want to go to a place like Biyadhoo without getting a shot of our galaxy. One thing I really enjoy about night on these islands is that the beach is covered in crabs. Shine a light on them and they all run away. The horizon is lit by Male and that's me on the left, stealing a star :)

Been planning a concept such as this and lucky enough to have it with a good friend. This concept was hard because we had to make the shoot in our house wherein the problem was I was missing a good background i was planning to have it in a ruin type architecture but in Singapore it is not permitted to carry around toy guns so I need to settle with the set up for now. But still I had fun.

I found this Sasha at a doll fair years ago. She was bald, nude and had a cut lip.......but I didn’t care as she only cost me £50.00. I love her.

And she is the only second-hand Sasha left in my collection now. All my other Sasha dolls were either given to me brand new as a present in childhood. Or bought by me brand new from a shop as an adult.

The I-3 has many other variants, this being the latest, the F3 low-altitude dogfighter.

The F3

All production F3s have clipped wings for low altitude dogfighting (it increases the roll rate and acceleration due to lower drag but sacrifices some of the aircrafts's rate of climb), are fitted with a shorter fuselage and a smaller displacement engine than the original, a modified Hispano-Suiza 8F which has been optimised for high air-density low-altitude operation (up to 3000-4000m).

The heart of the machine, a Hispano-Suiza 8G(T) is a 18.47l supercharged V8 DOHC engine (the DOHC design allows for the optimum placement of the spark plug which, in turn, improves combustion efficiency and reduces fuel consumption). The 8G is rated at 375hp. With this, the F3 has a maximum speed of 246km/h at sea level. With this engine the aircraft could be faster, however, it compensates for it by having amazing acceleration instead, which is essential in turn-fighting where planes bleed energy quite fast.

It mounts two 13.2mm machineguns

Yesterday marked this season's first Dog Days in the Garden, when the Phoenix Desert Botanical Garden allows you to bring your dog on Saturday mornings. Jasper had a great time, walking 2.5 miles (~4km) and remaining peppy the whole time. He met many other dogs and collected many complements from humans we encountered. This is an iPhone shot because I had my bird lens on. Jasper wouldn't look at me or my wife because he fancied one of the garden's docents standing nearby. He would not take his eyes off of her, especially after she came up and gave him a pet and paid him compliments. All I can think is that he was lovestruck.

This ki'i stands with others above the heiau ( temple) Hale o Keawe in Pu'uhonua o Hōnaunau National Historical Park on the Big Island of Hawai'i. In ancient times the Heiau served as a royal mausoleum, housing the remains of deified high chiefs. The temple was constucted around 1700 AD.

(Behind-the-scene: As me, my family and V (a.k.a. imago2007) were leaving Disney Concert Hall to board Joe's (a.k.a.'s KrisKros' vehicle) I looked up over my left and saw this man watching our rush. I trained "Temple" at him and started clicking away. I guess he saw me and he started waving his arms in recognition. "Click!" "Click!" "Click" And this is exactly what he seemed to be shouting from this capture ~ "I am Goliath!"! So glad I still had my Nikkor 18-200mm hooked up then!)
