Wayan Vota opening the first Fail Festival Finland during SLUSH Impact in 2015 www.eventbrite.com/e/fail-festival-tickets-18997892207

At 11.57 PM on March 12, 1928, the dam at this site failed claiming 431 lives. Speaks volumes about the importance of understanding the land, the underlying geology and the materials we use to create our structures!

This is about when the feller arrived and was almost the cause of a complete breakdown. The 2nd frosting fail in 24 hours.

this tells me i need to pay more attention to the spirit level, to avoid the crazy distortion. which means not using the viewfinder. which is weird.

For those of you who don't get it: My picture called Mike has more views and more comments, so it should be first place.

my first attempt at the pomegranate block. I tried to inset the circles and it was a disaster. too many seams I think.

Daí, começou a desgraceira...

riariariarir dorgas :B

I've had to replace my oyster card twice now. And I don't even use the tube all that much!

We failed, featuring the Canon FD to Canon EF slim adapter.

I do not recommend these belts! The internal threads are steel. Which is great for minimizing stretch in the belt, but considering the tight bend radii experienced on the mendel on the X axis specifically, and also no Z, i suspect the internal metal braids become fatigued rather quickly and fail, fail, FAIL! gah...

I think i bought these from SDP-SI. Not a good choice for this particular application.

This is a nice looking pannier, but not at all designed to actually stay on a rack. Mine falls off 2-3 times per day. Luckily no major accidents have been caused, and my laptop (which I now realize should not go in one of these) still works, but this thing was already falling apart, as well as falling off, after 1 month of use.

Might work as a short ride/market bag, but don't ride over any bumps or 10 mph. It IS, however, pretty effectively waterproof.

Here is a sampling of our troubles….

I took this picture with my cellphone, so please excuse the bad quality. It says: "push for emergency".

That thing where you're supposed to use a springform tin, but you use a nonstick loose bottomed tin instead, and when you try to unmould it, it slides off the base.

The truck carrying all the searchlights was about to get off the tracks at Loomis Street when a mechanical failure to the truck caused it not to be able to lift up its railroad wheels! It had to park at East Naperville until they sent someone out to fix it. Naperville, IL

First attempt at suspension = FAIL. In this attempt, the el-wire is joined to baling wire. While the wire was stiff enough, it didn't scale well, and the wire tried to resume its original curled up shape.

The resulting oblong shapes are interesting, I'll admit, but too hard to replicate consistently, and in the end, just not what I'm going for. I'd like to investigate these shapes in the future, though.

The Bridge was unsucessful project of Myanmar Military Regime. Built to replace world famous Goat Hteik Bridge but failed.

What an EPIC takedown of an ignorant theist. I almost pity the fool.
