We continue our drive through the Paso Robles hills all the way to this lake which is huge. This is just one "finger" of it. Access to the rest of the lake is only by boat or on foot. The terrain around us is brown, as we have not had any rain to speak of. Last year we took this trip at the same time and all the hills were green.
So I am continuing with an old project of layering images, I felt I didnt go into exploring Little Planets as well as I could of so have decided to do my new college project on them, then hopefully try and take it a step further by creating a 3D Little Planet!.....Enjoy
Rooftop Lounge, Shangri-La Hotel. I just kept going with the Strangers thing -- these two, both Nevada transplants, weren't at the party, but they sat down next to me, so I just kept going with conversation and portraiture. And why not?

I'm continuing to play with my new lens, getting a feel for the DOF at wider apertures. We've had a lot of flat, blah-light days lately so there haven't been many opportunities for anything overly awesome.
