You stare at the computer in confusion, but can't seem to do anything about the screen.

You decide to turn the computer ON, which seems to close the game, and venture back to 9gag.

Should've done that from the beginning.

Continued exploration in my series of dead flora. This is a tulip dried right out but still holding onto its petals, the yellow stamen peaking through.

December 27, 2010 (Monday) - A perfect cold and rainy day to visit the tropics (while staying in the city.)

I comment about my life and opinions in my eJournal and images every single day.

To our surprise, there was yet another ascend after the Trollstiegen

It was my friends' D&D night. I come along occasionally to nag their children and suggest that they check the pockets of any dead bodies they find.

I love the conversations this group has, whether game-related or not. Nothing is sacred.

We continued to climb above the path away from the town even though it was quite gloomy still. But then we caught a glimpse of the sun striking the hills opposite. It really was a glorious sight.

Nobel Prize-winning Theoretical Physicist, Professor Salam (1926-1996) was the first science Nobel

Laureate from an Islamic country and the first of Pakistani birth. Founder of the Theoretical Physics Group at

Imperial on his appointment in 1957, Salam was the first Asian to hold a Professorship at any UK university.

Salam pioneered the study of symmetries and unification. In 1967 he incorporated the Higgs mechanism,

codiscovered by his Imperial colleague Tom Kibble, into a unified electroweak theory, a breakthrough that

led to his Nobel Prize in 1979.

Profoundly committed to the betterment of science and education in the developing world, he established the

International Centre for Theoretical Physics in Trieste with the support of UNESCO, dedicated to fostering

the careers of scientists from developing countries and international scientific advocacy and cooperation.

Salam retained his position at Imperial throughout his life, doing foundational work on the unification of all the

fundamental forces of nature. His scientific legacy at Imperial continues today in the world leading theoretical

physics group that he created.

In one of the towers on the Nativity Facade. You could sneak outside at this point for a view.
