Somehow I seem to end up with faces when I try to photograph bubbles. *LOL* What you're looking at here is bubbly and viscous hand sanitizer lotion poured into a glass beaker and placed on top of a light table, so lighting is actually from below. The picture was taken with the SuperMacro setting on the camera.

Thanks to Mia for bringing in some props for today's class at the senior center. Lovely roses, vase, and mirror, and a fun time with friends.

Bubble tea is a fun drink at coffeehouses, and lots of coffee houses prepare it differently.

This particular variation is milk based, with black Tapioca ''bubbles'', served with colorful straws (which the bubbles freely travel up to the mouth in).

Fun flavors and colors, and can be served in either a to go cup you mix yourself, or in a glass (and you get to pick the straw).

They call it Bubblegum so I thought hey it must taste like Bazooka Joe Bubble Gum. I tasted the one pictured above and it is called Bubble Gum I didn't taste BBG. But that was due mainly to the fact that my mouth and throat were on fire! OMG... it's a superhot but far from the top of the list.

I surprised that i actually got a nice photo like this...

Sometimes we struggled with bubbles forming as the epoxy dried. We tried to mitigate it by having the piece cooling off slightly (as opposed to warming up) to avoid outgassing, but never really hit the solution.

I didnt know that I could make him laugh this hard. I was having a hard time blowing bubbles and things just escalated from there.

So I admit it, I'm a sucker for bubbles. This is blurry and unfocused, but I liked the many colors reflecting from the different bubbles.

Submission for Bubbles: My 4 year old accidentally dropped the bubbles on the kitchen bench, causing it to spill. I quickly grabbed the bubble blowing wand from another container, rubbed it in the spilled soapy liquid and blew some bubbles over it which stuck to the wet bench long enough to take some photos.
