Cleaning the car this afternoon, the bubbles in the bucket formed an amazing abstract, and fits nicely with this weeks theme!
for macro Monday's ~bubbles~
Timing was perfect, my daughter came home on Friday with a flower to put in a vase of water. The stem & vase became surrounded in tiny bubbles.
HMM =D
I always thought water boiling in a pan a bit boring but it does make quite a funky abstract.

I love to find these little scenes of creature scurries in the late winter mud. An additional treat to find them with bubbles and bubble shadows.

Capturing an irredescent bubble in a glass.
I noticed the bubble left in the glass as I was washing up and placed a black card behind it to capture the image.

(Kassina senegalensis) Kassina is a genus of hyperoliid frogs, commonly referred to as running frogs or kassinas. They are found throughout sub-Saharan Africa. They are characterized by preferring a distinctive "walking" with the back legs instead of the more traditional frog-hopping.
The raindrops were extremely heavy and made fun bubbles when they landed. I bet they were thrilled to have the beach for themselves and made the most of their moment.
What a nice ending of a life 😄
My bubble of the season, I usually have my son helping me with the fun project during the summer months, but this year the weather kept us indoors as much as possible, so this time I did all by myself.
I bought one of those kids bubble machines and It worked really well, but it produced so many at once that the fluid mas gone in two minutes. Not having more of it, I did my own mixing of soapy fluid, and tried again. It didn't work as well with the home made recipe, so I had to try the all fashioned way, a straw and my blowing efforts. I was able to make big beautiful bubbles, but when I put down the straw to prepare the camera the bubble was disintegrating, but I kept going at it.
I stayed a lot longer, a family of deer was peacefully eating near by, and I had the chance to photograph them too. What a day, not a cloud in the sky, until I took this one... If you notice the sun was about to be covered by one, so here it is, I might have one or two more of them, but I really had a lot of fun :)
Have a wonderful weekend everyone!

Photography is one of my passions, and nature photography is my favorite.
I have been in Explore for more that a hundred times, and it is an awesome experience to have your photos showcased in such a special way.
I'm in many groups, and I only add my photos to them if they are not private.
I thank your for coming today, for leaving a comment, and make a favorite of yours this photo, (if that is the case) thanks again!
The best part of this forum is the contacts and friends that I have made over the years, that have the same passion for this art that is called photography!
