I haven't taken any new photos with my Nikon lately, so back to the archives. This was from 2010 with my friend Tina, who was helping me out with my 52 week photo which, as you can see, included bubbles. :)
Macro Monday - "Starts with the Letter B"
This is the surface of a soap bubble. Macro images of soap bubbles is something I've been meaning to try for ages, and this theme gave me the perfect opportunity to do so.
I've just returned from holiday so it'll take me a while to catch up on Macro Monday and my contacts, but I promise I will!

Goofing off a bit more with bubbles today, I usually only bother to try to catch the really colorful ones, but the reflections in this were particularly groovy.

I do not normally upload photos of my family, but I was in a local park yesterday with my Grandson who was riding his bike, when we stopped to play with a "bubble making" toy, and I love this photo of the joy of being young !

Okay...does anybody know what makes these bubbles? I want to say it is a grasshopper...but I don't know!

Zozo having fun blowing bubbles. Used the Oly 12-40 on the EM5 miii. I just love this camera for portraits of the grand kids. My R6ii is being fixed, it had a meltdown (I think they, that is canon may have a firmware problem with this that they aren't fessing up to), was pretty pissed about the timing but happy to use my trusty Oly. Used the G9 for video, omg it is awesome for stabe, I will be using it more.
