My SNOT version of the bubble cockpit featured in many of the original Blacktron II sets. The pilot is connected to the bottom of the cockpit by two 1x1 bricks with stud on one side.
Streets here in Nigeria (West Africa) are really fascinating. The colours are vibrant, architecture is very different and with sign boards are funny :) I saw this 'Bubble Kenny' dude outside an awe-inspiring mosque.
This mosque's architecture was indeed very different than the usual architecture here; I was told this was made by slaves who returned from Brazil. These slaves had some money and will to create something different. And they most certainly did...
Strobist: No strobes involved .-) Only a small halogen desktop lamp. Short description: Small bowl of water, put some olive oil drops on the surface (e.g. with a toothpick), blow gently on the surface, until some interesting drops are in focus (lense: 18-55 zoom + two macro spacer rings).
Variation: Put the bowl on a CD/DVD for a nice rainbow effect ...
