Orlando Brewing is the local beer. These hand-crafted organic ales and lagers are already available in select bars and restaurants across Central Florida. Many more are coming aboard. And, of course, you can always wet your whistle right here at the Tap Room.
Orlando Brewing is Florida’s only certified organic brewery. What does it mean to be organic? It means that ingredients used in crafting our ales are grown without insecticides, bioengineering, or irradiation.
Orlando Brewing brews in accordance with the German Purity Law of 1516. That means we use only natural, organic ingredients.

I talked Hakeber into zesting the lemons and oranges for the brew. She also juiced three out of four lemon halves. I did the fourth because she asked. Check out that fancy new apron!
Cold brew is trending in Melbourne right now! Made my own with Finca Alaska from Market Lane. Fresh & delicious. Bigger batch next time.
Golden, CO – Coors Brewing Company. Their main brewery in Golden distributes over 600 million pounds of spent grain annually. Sixty percent of the spend grain is dried and sold as feed to farmers and the remaining balance is trucked through a subcontractor to area farms. Since 1996 Coors has been recycling “spilled beer” into automotive fuel. That’s about 1.5 million gallons of ethanol a year. I have high respect for the brewery but seriously that’s A LOT of spilled beer! As a side note the “spilled beer” also includes batches of beer that did not make it through their quality control. Cheers!

Gallagher's Brewery, Edmonds WA. Beer is trully the eternal brew. One of the oldest beverages made by man since ancient times, the methods by which this elixir comes to be have not changed much since those days. Here, several kettles await the mixture of wort (a glucose-rich mixture of grains) and hops to begin the process. After the concoction is brewed, yeast does it's magic by consuming the sugars and producing alcohol and carbon dioxide. After a couple of weeks, it is ready to be bottled.
Alaskan Brewing Company is located in the blue building up ahead, in an industrial area near Lemon Creek about 8 km north of downtown Juneau, Alaska.

Our favorite Halloween tradition is smashing and shredding fresh pumpkins in a woodchipper to use in Ghoulschip. After it’s all brewed, we send the wort to rest among the specters in our Coolship—on Halloween night—where it collects wild microflora from the chill Maine air. The finished blend consists of one-, two-, and three-year-old barrel-aged beer.

Any of my regular contacts knows this is no surprise.
I have been brewing my own beer for several years now.
That is not all I drink either. I do buy beer from lots of other craft brewery's.
Also seen in my stream.
I don't brew to save money. I brew because of the enjoyment. It's a guy thing, or a gal thing.
Just like some people love to cook or bake I love to brew.
It's making something that taste good and telling your friends, I made that.
