Made using homemade sourdough starter. This bread smelled soooooo good and was quite tasty.

A delicious loaf of Irish soda bread. I'm a fan of these breads as they're very quick to mix up and bake, so one can actually wake up, get this assembled and in the oven, and have it be finished in the time it takes to wash up, make tea, and boil up some eggs. This loaf has both caraway and flame raisins.

3 seed lemon tea bread from Vegan Planet. It's good but I wish it were a bit more lemony - next time I'd probably put in a tad more sugar and lemon zest. The seeds in this are flax seed (a good source of omega 3's), sunflower seed, and sesame seed.
Literally "fried bread," a basic Lithuanian 'snack to beer' (užkandžiai prie alaus).
Step 2:
Run the bread 'fingers' with cloves of garlic. i cheated and tossed with olive oil, prepared minced garlic, and kosher salt
