The egg white wash gave it a really beautiful crust. The house smelled unbelieveable!

We recently tried a new recipe for rosemary focaccia bread. It was amazing. The key here was to seep the rosemary in the water used to make the dough. It spread the rosemary flavor throughout the bread. This was also my first attempt at making bread and it was way more frustrating than I thought it would be, but the finished product made up for all of that.

Corn bread made as muffins using home grown bloody butcher heirloom dent corn as the source of corn meal.

Bread, especially bread bought in a boulangerie is my favorite food. Now that I know I'm wheat intolerant, I'll need to find a replacement. Chocolate might do.

This bread has the best shelf-life ever - due to grated apple and pre-soaked oats. Very good!
