Arrowhead Mills Organic Rye Flour, good ol' Pillsbury bread flour, bulk instant yeast from the natural market, fairly generic honey, sugar, and salt, and sesame seeds instead of the traditional caraway. I am in love.

Two beautifully golden boules of Ricotta Bliss Bread. Typical of enriched bread like brioche, not only does this ricotta bread has a fine tight crumb, it also has an almost flaky crust. So decadent! Love the buttery and milky flavour from the butter and whole milk fresh ricotta in this bread!
