"That's 'cause grooms don't pull people's arms out of their sockets when they lose."
Heh, just kidding. Sarah skills are legit.
This is all the medication that I take every single day so I can stay calm and controlled. But then again when you look at it from another point of view it can be really toxic.
It can be really toxic because it can used as a way to take away all the pain in a bigger way. Not a way of escaping but a way to get rid of all the pain. Toxic - Suicide.
What an unexpected bonus awaited us in Freeport! Because of construction at Cococay, our cruise itinerary was modified and that private island was replaced with Freeport on Grand Bahama Island. I think that people were generally fine, though a few were more vocal in their complaining. The captain during the session with guests and other crew leaders made a good point. We were a longer cruise and a shorter one that only went to Cococay and Nassau could not be well served with changing their itinerary. So we got to go to Freeport Harbour. I knew there was going to be one ship in port with us, but as we approached, I noticed more cruise ships? Normally the sites do not get it that wrong. But they I realized that these were ships in dry dock, something I had never ever seen before. The ships in dry dock are the Royal Caribbean's Navigator of the Seas and Empress of the Seas, the Celebrity Summit and the Carnival Freedom. Also there was the GNV-Rhapsody, a car ferry from Italy. These were being serviced at the Grand Bahama Shipyard. For the record, I would have loved if they did a brief harbor tour so you could get closer. Have to figure I am not the only ship-geek who would enjoy that. I will have to suggest that for the next time I am in Freeport! Taken from onboard the Grandeur of the Seas and on terra firma at Freeport, Grand Bahama Island on Monday February 18th, 2019. These were from our Royal Caribbean Grandeur of the Seas for a 9 Night Southeast Coast & Bahamas Cruise (February 14th through the 23rd, 2019). The itinerary include stops in Charleston (SC), Port Canaveral (FL), Freeport (Grand Bahama Island), Nassau (Bahamas) and Miami (FL) before heading back to Baltimore.

Just Because... it's pouring again and I needed a daily shot. I'd taken some shots earlier practising my dof on wood-grain textures but they didn't have the effect I was looking for. While wandering around the glinting light from my crystal champagne flutes caught my eye. I stood one on my blue bench and took the shot from above looking into the glass. I tried a few different focus points but liked this one where the main focus is on the star-like pattern. I hadn't really tried anything like this before, but I think it turned out ok :)
Because a Friendly Hiker is a Happy Hiker... Besides, apart from keeping me warm during the Winter months, I had to come up with some good use for the "Winter coat" before I shed it... And scaring Women and Children is not what I consider good usage.
Hope Y'all have an Awesome weekend!
Because it's close to Halloween and because taking the ordinary and making it dark definitely makes things crazy / scary to me!

Train 1706 accelerates up Cold Spring Hill, flying around the curve and into the wilderness. Behind the train of M9s is NYA RS40, halted because it was rear-ended by a track inspection vehicle.
Because the ethereal halo of the brushed alpaca yarn in this shawl makes me think of angel wings, I wanted to create a lace-stitch pattern that resembled layers of feathers. Coupled with the strong alpaca fiber in the yarn, this shawl represents a mythological creature’s shield—it appears to be soft and airy but is empowered with the strength of a warrior’s shield. The simple 18-row repeat in the stitch pattern gives the illusion of motifs that are offset brick-fashion. The edging is added by working perpendicularly to the live stitches on the last row of the shawl and is cinched at regular intervals to create the pretty scallops.

here they are while they still have a bit of color. before they're too brown and crunchy to make cool pictures and the snow covers them.
I reuploaded this photo in bigger version because my friend told me that it looks better when big. So, I agree. I don't know why I've uploaded so small image for the fist time.
The view from my boyfriend's home. Looks great I think.

Because I originally identified this as a sparrow, I wanted to add another image to correct the misinformation! As a novice bird enthusiast, I have much to learn!
It's summer and it is compulsory to post at least one butterfly photo (according to Michael's arcane rules of proper photography etiquette :)
