Every day. Every class. Every member that gives feedback (even from just staying in class, or pushing their limits; some come up too - which is magical. Doesn't matter if that happens every class. It still means a lot), but even more awesome the community of fitness lovers we build - this. This is why I love teaching.

Thank you to those who have allowed me to be a part of their fitness journey. It means as much to me as it seems to affect you. It inspires me to be better, give more of myself, to push ourselves to limitless possibilities.

Keep it real. Stay with the fight.

What an unexpected bonus awaited us in Freeport! Because of construction at Cococay, our cruise itinerary was modified and that private island was replaced with Freeport on Grand Bahama Island. I think that people were generally fine, though a few were more vocal in their complaining. The captain during the session with guests and other crew leaders made a good point. We were a longer cruise and a shorter one that only went to Cococay and Nassau could not be well served with changing their itinerary. So we got to go to Freeport Harbour. I knew there was going to be one ship in port with us, but as we approached, I noticed more cruise ships? Normally the sites do not get it that wrong. But they I realized that these were ships in dry dock, something I had never ever seen before. The ships in dry dock are the Royal Caribbean's Navigator of the Seas and Empress of the Seas, the Celebrity Summit and the Carnival Freedom. Also there was the GNV-Rhapsody, a car ferry from Italy. These were being serviced at the Grand Bahama Shipyard. For the record, I would have loved if they did a brief harbor tour so you could get closer. Have to figure I am not the only ship-geek who would enjoy that. I will have to suggest that for the next time I am in Freeport! Taken from onboard the Grandeur of the Seas and on terra firma at Freeport, Grand Bahama Island on Monday February 18th, 2019. These were from our Royal Caribbean Grandeur of the Seas for a 9 Night Southeast Coast & Bahamas Cruise (February 14th through the 23rd, 2019). The itinerary include stops in Charleston (SC), Port Canaveral (FL), Freeport (Grand Bahama Island), Nassau (Bahamas) and Miami (FL) before heading back to Baltimore.

Hey Sneederonies,

Merry Christmas. Happy Holidays!

How are you?

Sorry for the late upload. It's been a busy week but now I get to relax because of the holiday break.

Last week I had the pleasure of shooting Shariff. He wants to be a model. We shot several looks from male boudoir, chic menswear, and sporty.

We shot in my home studio and on the streets of Inwood, Manhattan, NYC. As always, I love to play with lighting and angles.

All images are raw and unedited.

I love my fans and followers. I just want to say thank you so much for following me , commenting and favoriting my work. We all are artists and we must support each other.

Thanks again.

Because if you fall in, it would suck.

I just had a rather silly and funny conversation with Tara about what this particular image should be titled. I wont divulge some of the potentials that were, sadly, binned. One, in particular, was very funny but unnecessarily crude.

Though there were some other beautiful shots of Tara, I chose this one because it was actually a candid moment, rather than one that I had Tara pose for.

Anyway, enough of the waffle. Here is one of the shots from a shoot I did with Tara.

Unbelievably photogenic.

Thanks also go to James Crotty for assisting me witht he shoot that day. Please check out his work at:

Because of the extremely poor production of oils from the preen gland, Anhinga’s feathers are not waterproofed with oils like most other water birds. Their plumage is ‘wettable’ but not ‘water-repellant’ and therefore can become waterlogged making them hardly bouyant .

Fortunately for the Anhinga, this works as an advantage. Not only can they dive deeper in the water chasing prey but can also stay longer swimming under water.

The only problem is that they have to dry their wings to get rid of all the moisture before the next dive.

The Spread-Wing posture, as seen here, might be intended also for ‘Thermo-regulation’. In that case, the Anhinga soaks up the sun’s rays to supplement its chronically low metabolic heat generation, and at the same time offsets partly its dangerously high rate of heat loss from convection and evaporation from wet plumage.

18 years later...

The confrence room was buzzing with conversations. There wasn't one person in that room who wasn't important in Gotham. Lawyers, policemen, doctors.

Suddenly the big double doors at the back of the hall opened. Everyone went quiet as a smartly dressed man walked into the room.

Bruce Wayne.

He was wearing a well-made black suit that looked very expensive. He had black hair neatley brushed into a comb-over. He got up to the front, greeted with applause from the audience. He stepped up onto the podium at the front of the room, and everything went quiet.

"Well," he said "what a greeting! I didn't realise I was that special!"

The crowed quietly laughed.

"I'm here today on a more serious note, though." He said solemnly. "I'm here about the crime issues in Gotham. This city has never been so engulfed in crime. Nearly every alley you go down has syringes in it. Slums are littered with murderers, arsonists, drug dealers, need I go on?"

The crowed were deathly silent.

"It looks like there is no way out of this mess that we're in. It looks like we are beyond saving. Well, I'm here to tell you that we're not. That there is hope. You may wonder who will save us from this terrible fate? Do you?"

The crowed nodded in unison.

"This man!" Bruce bellowed as another well-dressed man walked in.

"Harvey Dent!"

The crowed clapped louder this time as Dent stood in Bruce's place.

"Hello, ladies and gentlemen!" He said. "I'm not going to lie to you Gothamites, we need help. The crime problems have got worse. The Maroni's, the Falcones, everyone who is involved must be brought to justice."

The crowd did not stir.

"Just watch this, ladies and gentlemen." He pointed to a t.v screen in the corner of the room. It buzzed into life.

"Hello, Gotham. This is Harvey Dent showing you what a miserable place Gotham has become-"

Bruce wandered out. Alfred, his butler, was stood waiting for him.

"Did it go well, Master Bruce?" He asked.

"No, I couldn't take any more of it."

Alfred nodded.

"Lets just go home." Said Bruce as they walked out into the busy street.

We Went Walking in Burleigh Head National Park, a popular place for hiking, walkers and joggers because it's located in a cool climate and provides great views. There are two walking tracks in the national park, one climbing the hill to the summit which is about 88 m above sea level, called the Ocean view circuit and another leading around the headland just above sea level called the Rainforest circuit. We walked both the two tracks.

As we were walking on the Ocean circuit, a bird of prey was drying up on a branch next to the track. Is it an Osprey or a Sea Eagle. Not matter its name but I was so excited to see such a beautiful bird so close to me. The Pheasant Coucal is a large cuckoo similar in shape to the Pheasant. It has a black head, neck and underbody with the upperparts and wings reddish-brown with black and cream barring It moves clumsily through undergrowth and does not fly far.

Thanks to Kata_Batic who gave me the name of this bird.

I love my Billingham 335 very much a very nice handcraft bag that I've used for more than 15 years. I got its accessory that turn this camera bag to a backpack. I can carry my SLR cameras with 2 lens, a light meter, Flash and one TLR camera. (continue later)

L'opera is a family business that was started in the French embassy first. This popular bakery and patisserie quickly moved to Khan Market too and now they have 9 outlets all around Delhi NCR. L'Opera Salon de Thé which literally translated means L'Opera Tea Room is the only tea room L'Opera has.

They source their flour from France and have only one production facility in Noida. They try to empower their bakers and staff and as far as possible keep their system hierarchy free. This whole idea behind this is to have a happier working atmosphere for their chefs and staff to create desserts that can go on to become unforgettable for the restaurant's patrons.

The "Quiche" and "Croque Monsieur" were the savoury items we had which was followed by some lovely tea (rose and lemon). They have an interesting collection of tea from Shahpur Jat, which i really liked. The tea went very well with the Croque Monsieur. The combination of salty and mildly sweet was just right.

Then we had the petit four which means small confectionery or savoury appetiser. There were some awesome truffle and passion fruit sponge cake, apple cinnamon cake and the famous opera pastry. The sponge was perfectly soft and the presentation was impeccable. The opera pastry was rich and decadent.

The petits fours were followed by freshly baked macaroons. I once had macaroons L'Opera, Vasant Kunj a while ago and did not like them very much but these were truly magnificent. They had been baked to perfection, there was a delicate crunch outside and a slight gooey moistness inside. The flavours we had were "Hazelnut Chocolate" and "Passion Fruit" and we truly loved them both. If you ask me to pick a favourite, I will not be able to.

I met Mr. Masood at L'Opera Salon de Thé who explained us the importance of the different textures in French desserts. It was nice that there was someone available to educate us on French baking.

L'Opera Salon de Thé have a large collection of breads, everything freshly baked. The "Sour Dough Bread" was delicious. I took some away with me for later. The "Multi-grain Baguette" with flak seeds and sunflower seeds can be had on its own because it has added salt. I ordered another cup of tea so I could enjoy this bread. The combination of sweet and salty can never go wrong!
