Because the Lord is watching over us, we don't have to fear the dangers around us.
I don't have the courage to drive even though I have a license, so bus and metro is the only transportation for me. And it is very dangerous to ride motobike too in the city as there is so many crazy drivers and I have witnessed quite a few accidents that send chill to me. Therefore, we must be glad and grateful that we can live to see tomorrow sunrise =D
Because of their courage, strength, speed, and endurance Roadrunners hold a special place in Native American and Mexican legends and beliefs.
The smoke looked a little lighter here. I don't think it was because the sun was getting higher; it could be because the wind was shifting the smoke in a slightly different direction. Nevertheless, it still looked ominous and scary.
Because the interesting things often tend to go a bit wrong...
Usually operating in the evenings along this section of railway, Network Rail test diagram 1Q90 today is operating in daylight hours along the West Anglia line, likely to allow earlier stabling at Cambridge in advance of the upcoming rail strikes.
Running around 1 hour early at this point due to a scheduling mishap, Colas Rail Class 37 diesel locomotive 37421 leads the consist and a out-of-view 37175 through Stansted Mountfitchet working 1Q90 08:00 Derby R.T.C.(Network Rail) to Cambridge Reception Sdgs 20/06/22
New version of 1st Luminar test. I found it's best not to use skies that came with the program because they're rapidly reproducing.

Aquaman: That Trench Creature is around here somewhere.
Mera: We'll find him! He scared the poor theater audience and everyone left.
Aquaman: Except the first row.
Mera: This is kind of a romantic adventure with that flickering torch. Why don't we do this more often.
Aquaman: Because we live underwater.
hiissssss...
Aquaman: It's behind us.
Mera: I know. I'm just enjoying the moment.

Messier 46 and Messier 47 are 2 open clusters in the constellation Puppis, they’re only about 1 degree apart so they’re usually imaged together. Less famous than the “Double Cluster” in Perseus, M46 and M47 are still very interesting mostly because of what’s “hidden” within M46, a small and bright planetary nebula NGC 2438. The nebula is likely not related to the cluster but just appears to be inside it from our point of view. If you’ve got a big telescope, try imaging the nebula for a full night, it’s actually pretty cool as it has a bunch of HA expelling from it (like the Ring Nebula in very long HA exposures).
Shot with the QHY600C and SVX130!
Because of the positive response to my last picture of my back view, I thought I'd take another picture in the same pantyhose.
Actually, I'm still wearing a little black dress and a short bolero blazer, but that's not important right now.👀😉
Just because it's such a cool spot we returned here on Saturday for a few more shots. Alas we didn't manage any of the transfers, locals, or shortlines so had to settle for mundane power like this.
Here is yet another different angle as loaded grain train GHNLGAT9 for Galveston, TX curls under Interstate 35E and into Westminster interlocking starting downgrade on Main 1 of BNSF's Midway Sub at MP 1.1.
The signal to their right guards the connection to UP’s Altoona Sub (ex Omaha Road) which is the track passing over the arches in the photos I posted earlier taken from the north side of the interlocking. The trackage here is the east end of the former Great Northern Railway mainline which traces its roots back to 1862 as the first railroad built in the state, the St. Paul and Pacific and passing through the tunnels underneath is the former Northern Pacific main now BNSF's St. Paul Sub.
This junction features four tunnels (and once there was a fifth for the Soo Line) and is absolutely fascinating. To learn more about it here is a great article:

Because I heard that it was rainy daylong on that day, I went round the room of Tokyo. There was the event of the Japanese respiratory society here, but was not crowded. I enjoyed photography freewheelingly in large space.
On April 21, 2013 in Tokyo international forum.

この日は終日雨だと聞いていたので、東京の室内を巡りました。 ここでは日本呼吸器学会の関係のイベントがありましたが、撮影に支障がないほどの入場者でした。

Because of the parlaiment square works route 159 has been temporarily cut to oxford circus. However services between 02:00 to 05:00 still continue to Marble Arch
Because of the expected snow storms tonight, NSR started its special winter service today. Trains are running every 30 minutes only and many commuter trains are cancelled. For the commuter stop of Voorhout this means Intercity trains are stopping here now to pick up passengers.
I took this photo at Lake Laacher, a famous volcano lake (or to be more precise a "caldera lake" look at wikipedia) in Germany. On some places at the lake you can see even the water welling like a whirlpool because of the carbon dioxide springs at the shore.

This is a shot from my drive home. It was really snowing, and it looked so cool with the trees framing the road like they are. I went for a bit of the cinematic processing here as well! I thought about cropping out the road on the left, because although the shot is straight, it kind of throws off the shot and makes it look crooked. Suggestions?
Enjoy your week my friends!
I don't mind invitations, but please no big, shiny, flashing, glitter graphics, they will be deleted. Also, please contact me if you would like to use my pictures for any reason. Thanks!

Because the planet was collapsing under its ballooning population, the rich strata moved off the planet to other options - vast spaceships dedicated to giving the impression of planetary living or other inhabitable planets. Amenities like motor vehicles soon followed, but technological developments had caught up with 1970s and 80s wishful thinking. Speeders had become a transport option, and were favored by government and citizens alike. Wrecking Speeders, designed to pull wrecked vehicles under 6000 GVWR. Gonna be showing this at BFVA. Might add a couple stickers. Catch me if you're there! I'll be there most of the weekend, probably, seeing if anyone I know is still around.

CP 471 a ways back had the NS 8105 and NS 1072 on point.
I have been inactive on Flickr for quite some time, because it has been broken and I haven't had the modivation to fix it, I contacted support and it's going on 3 months of them refusing to help me after I talked with them for over a month straight.
I only posted this to show I exist.
Because of the restriction to 1000 photographs imposed by flickr, I moved most of the pictures of my silkstone dolls here : essai12457855.blogspot.com

This Snowy was quite a bully keeping two other Egrets away from his fiefdom. I really wish I had zoomed out but the boss caught me by surprise.
Thank you for taking the time to view my images. Any faves and comments are deeply appreciated!
Jenny's smiling because we're doing ridiculous things in her car.
Caught this in between shots, after I had her posing with half of her in the back seat, half of her in the front seat, but Before I had her smooshing her face up against the frame of the car.
Drove an hour to end up shooting in and around a car, what a life.
I come back to this shoot frequently, because it was such a goofy result, and it reminds me all I need is good friends and good light.
Soapwort contains soap-like chemicals called saponins, that create a lather when crushed. In Europe, soapwort was grown near woolen mills and used to wash the wool. Because it is a gentle detergent and contains fungicides that aid in the preservation of cloth, it has been — and still is — used to clean delicate fabrics and tapestries, most famously the Shroud of Turin. Early American colonists brought soapwort from England to clean clothes, pots and pans, hair and skin, and even wash away poison ivy oils. Guess who got Pacific Rim for Christmas! I kind of feel like a disgrace to the Geek name because I never saw it in theaters. I know, Shocking isn't it?
Like many fans of the film, I instantly fell in love with the Russian Jaeger, Cherno Alpha. It's just 2,412 Tons of pure badassery! So of coarse I had to build one.
This MOC is in Microfig scale and stands in at 2' 11" tall. It took roughly 70 hours to build. I didn't keep track of the part count, but if I were to wager a guess, i'd say it contains no-less than 5000 pieces.
Because it is, after all, a furry Friday. And because I have a lot of Daisyscapes to post... I've been working on accumulating them for her annual calendar.
Image made with my Nikon F100.
This is a very rare Traction Avant of German production. The quality was better in many ways than the French, because a certain percentage of the parts had to be of local production. This example was found in 1992 in East Berlin, and was literally pulled away before the scrapping excavator could grab it... Since then the state hasn't changed, sadly.
