Lined tote bag, made from Ikea print and solid fabrics.

 

This bag is a mix of the Simple Tote in Patchwork + Quilted Gifts and the one in Lotta Jansdotter's Simple Sewing.

 

I really like the simple lines and the combination of the Black and White print with the beige solid !

It was a great project for a beginner like me !

A mini lined drawstring bag using the tutorial from In Colour Order.

This one measured about 4"x7"x2" and was perfect for my daughter's friendship band kit, although a little wider might have been preferable!

I was surprised that some of the patterns on this jaguar looked like skulls.

Made the bag tonight, while watching TV (about vampires, etc.)- it's not as heavy as I thought it would be.

My Frankenbag (tote bag w frankenstein screenprinted on it) has seen better days, so I decided to try out making my own bag!

 

I'm pretty happy with how it came out considering I didn't really know what I was doing haha.

Fleece outside, felt details, cotton print lining. :D

Using tape to hold the bag in place. I don't tape it directly to the barrel, but use the tape to hold the plastic snug. I've also seen zipties used to secure the plastic bag.

Funky shoulder bag

Waiting for a bus home, I got bored and started taking close-ups of all the textures I was wearing.

A drawstring pouch combining crocheting, knitting and cotton print fabric.

 

This bag has forest greens and little flowers. I was thinking about fairy tales and flower fairies when making this bag. This could belong to a fairy that wants to keep her treasures safe during the flight!

 

Height from the center point of the bottom to the top edge: appr. 9,5 inch (24 cm) Circumference: appr. 10,5 inch (26 cm)

 

The bottom of the bag is crocheted from estonian wool.

The middle part is knitted from estonian wool.

The top and the string are sewn from cotton fabrics.

This bag is made from Reversible Bag Pattern by verypurpleperson (http://www.verypurpleperson.com/).

Tha fabric is from local store at jalan Tamim. It is cotton with apples and flowers print.

I made this bag for a bag swap. It has a zipped pocket and 2 deep pockets inside and made from sturdy cotton.

Let me start by saying that I am not a photographer. I am a crafter, sewer, crocheter, and all-around creative person. These bags are large tote bags and they are great for a short trip, a diaper bag, or general toting.
