A drawstring pouch combining crocheting, knitting and cotton print fabric.

 

This bag has forest greens and little flowers. I was thinking about fairy tales and flower fairies when making this bag. This could belong to a fairy that wants to keep her treasures safe during the flight!

 

Height from the center point of the bottom to the top edge: appr. 9,5 inch (24 cm) Circumference: appr. 10,5 inch (26 cm)

 

The bottom of the bag is crocheted from estonian wool.

The middle part is knitted from estonian wool.

The top and the string are sewn from cotton fabrics.

Crocheted using Black and Grey bulky worsted yarn.

Waiting for a bus home, I got bored and started taking close-ups of all the textures I was wearing.

This bag is made from Reversible Bag Pattern by verypurpleperson (http://www.verypurpleperson.com/).

Tha fabric is from local store at jalan Tamim. It is cotton with apples and flowers print.

Love this zippered bag which has a wire frame to keep it open. I think it will make a great knitting bag! Pattern by Emmaline Bags.

GIANT sized shopping bag. :D About 20x20".

 

And I'm sure it's not surprising at all that I have at least 3-5 of these. haha

This is a simple project I am embarking on to document the bag selected for the day and items carried in it.

 

Today's bag contains includes Muji notebook, iPod Nano, pencil case, pink pen, orange highlighter, eyeglasses with case, yellow tote bag, vintage fabric make up bag, vintage tea bag, Lady's Pride cosmetics case which I use as my wallet, tissues in asian fabric holder, two business card cases from Muji and Motorola Smart Phone.
