I made this some years ago after a friend called me a stroppy old trout, and it made me laugh so much!
I don't like clothes with messages on them so I made this instead which I use several times a week.
This is supposed to be a nappy diaper bag. But since it was my first one to make there are some things I will change next time.
When I was still in school, I'd have a few notebooks, a Pokemon folder, and a planner. Now that I've graduated, it's a lot more spacious.

I generally carry round this lot, plus the Nikon D3100 I'm using to take this and the attached Nikon AF-S DX NIKKOR 10-24mm f/3.5-4.5G lens ^_^
Disclaimer: I do not, repeat do not, carry round a steaming "wet" Mocha on a daily basis!

Not my typical bag contents. Usually a blank book, a zillion more pens, ibuprofen, random scraps of paper, and other "junk."
My mom requested a swimming bag for her birthday so this is what I came up with. I didn't use a pattern. I got the outer vinyl fabric from my local fabric shop, and the inner vinyl fabric and strap webbing from fabric.com

Inspired by the vintage 40s to 70s scandinavian porcelain where strong but muted colors and simple shapes look great together. My mother used to have some cheerful cups decorated with fruit and berries and some other very dark brown with simple shapes hand painted with soft brush. They all reminded me from the big garden she used to have, filled with nature's treasures. This bag is about shadows and sunny spots in the garden, the feel of a warm summer day, the real countryside experience where life shows its best.
