This is straight from the cam, looking out my porch window through the wet panes. I love the natural *blurry* effects;
only the hues were bumped up to capture more color!
Can you see my signature A in the background against the rock? It is a metal sculpture given to me by an artist friend many years ago!
Yay for Wednesday. Flying off to good old Blighty today to visit family and friends. Happy Window Wednesday!
Inside the abandoned Presbyterian church, Taiban.

This is the type of picture my friend Mare would put up. Probably taken in Hamilton when I was down at the Art Gallery. I just love art galleries.
Happy Window Wednesday
The walkway into the Shopping Centre has a glassed roof but an annoying gap is left in the middle! Fine in hot sunny weather but I imagine it’s a pain on cold, wet and rainy days!
The funky patterns is on the inside of this window. It is very gritty, almost concrete like...window and reflection. HWW to all and enjoy your day (;-D

Lines and windows in Rotterdam
Another amazing capture from my daughter, Alison!
I took the liberty of toning it down so the focus would be more on the windmills and the ruggedness of the terrain.
Happy Window Wednesday Everyone!
Happy window Wednesday. I noticed this little guy looking out the window while his dad was in the gas station getting some munchies.
Happy Window Wednesday!
I still have so many captures from a photowalk with Flickr friends at an abandoned sanatorium back in March 2018, so I thought it's about time to upload another one :-) This would also make a great Sunday slide, because I've done a lot of processing here, but since today is (Window) Wednesday, and I'd like to upload something else for Sliders Sunday this week, I've decided it's time for this capture's 15 minutes in the limelight ;-)
This is one of the rooms where artists got a chance to transform a former hospital room into something else, something mysterious, creepy even. Since in mid August there will be a new event with artists at this place, this room might look totally different again soon.
Unfortunately I don't really recall any processing steps here, except that I had processed the first version of this capture in Nik, and this, the second version, mostly in Luminar and ON1. One thing you may be interested to know is, though, that the walls in this room originally were of a quite unpleasant, sort of "dirty" yellow. Lots of processing went into this indeed...

I literally ran down the street with my camera today. It was cold. So cold! Even with my cozy little hat the cold got in!!! My hands hurt to even to remove the lens cap. The settings didn't change much because my fingers weren't working but I had fun and found some windows. Colourful ones never disappoint. Totally worth the runny nose. :-) Happy Wednesday!
On our recent trip, we stayed at the Old Consulate Inn in Port Townsend, WA. This was the view from our window, overlooking the bay and this small home with faux/replica lighthouse. More about the Inn tomorrow.
To hot to work the walks not because of me but the camera goes into a frenzy at 110 actual temperature, and the reflective concrete temp is even higher on the camera's black body.
Captured for Crazy Tuesday theme: made of plastic.
😆 HaPpY CrAzY Tuesday! 😆
Background is trees seen through a window and reflected in a tabletop. Captured for Windoe Wednesday. HWW everyone!
Sometime we need to get up go. Maybe the destination is not important, or maybe it is. Then there are times that we need to stop and maybe reflect. Take a deep breath and and watch the rest go by.
Happy Window Wednesday
