Poor coyote didn't have much luck trying to get a muskrat. After the muskrat dove into the lake, the coyote seems to look around as if to see if anyone noticed his/her failure 😉

The Osprey (Pandion haliaetus), sometimes known as the Sea Hawk, Fish Eagle or Fish Hawk, is a diurnal, fish-eating bird of prey. It is a large Raptor, reaching more than 24 inches (60 cm) in length and a 71 inches (180 cm) wingspan. It is brown on the upper parts and predominantly greyish on the head and under parts, with a black eye patch and wings. In 1994, the osprey was declared the provincial bird of Nova Scotia, Canada.

The Kelpies are 30-metre-high horse-head sculptures, standing next to a new extension to the Forth and Clyde Canal, Scotland.
The sculptures were designed by sculptor Andy Scott and were completed in October 2013.

I found a bat in the bucket inside my back shed the other day so I googled what to do and it said to make it comfy and warm by putting a piece of cloth in with it. So I did and I put a stick in the bucket for it to climb out of and then I left it alone. It was gone as soon as it got dark so I assumed it was ok. It was the clicking noise that caught my attention, it looked just like a leaf in the bucket.

This cheeky little Lewin's Honeyeater (Meliphaga lewinii) stopped at a birdbath in a local park and just a few metres from me. I grabbed my phone and preyed it wouldn't fly away too soon. They're a small to medium sized bird, dark greenish grey in colour, with a creamy yellow gape (fleshy corners of the mouth). It has large, yellowish crescent-shaped ear patches. The bill is black and the eyes blue-grey.
Lewin's Honeyeater prefers the wetter parts of eastern Australia, from northern Queensland to central Victoria. They are found in both rainforest and wet sclerophyll forest, and often wanders into more open woodland.
