THIRD SECTION:

(Escalavrado Trail – Rope Climbing Throw)

This third stretch is very delicate! If it's dry, it's not difficult, but it requires a lot of attention because a fall in this part can cause a deadly fall on a ramp of many hundreds of meters / feet.

The rock forms a kind of natural channel with some crystal veins where participants climb by stepping and leaning on each other. When it's wet, which is very common, it certainly becomes much more delicate and dangerous. That's why our guides advised at least to attach a rope and make a "handrail" to help with balance and even then it is necessary to be very careful.

This is not a “joke” time.
