Stockade Lake is the largest of Custer State Park's five lakes and boasts the most amenities for campers with three campground areas that between them, can accommodate any size camping option from large RV to tent camping to those looking for a camping cabin. Stockade is also the only lake in Custer State Park that allows all boats. This beautiful lake also has a swimming beach, hiking trail, playground, group area and fishing. Stockade Lake also sits near some historical Black Hills points-of-interest and campers will find nearby the Gordon Stockade and the site of the first gold discovery in the Black Hills.
Quan Chuong is one of the Eastern gates of the earthen fortification that surrounded the Thang Long Citadel. Built in the 10th year of Le Canh Hung reign (1749) and renovated in the 3rd year of Gia Long reign (1817), it remains intact until today. This is one of the 21 gates of the old Thang Long Citadel, a national relic, ranked in 1995.

During the past 7 days a Robin has built a nest in the Trumpet Vine we have growing up our deck. I shot these video clips through the dinning room glass door. It’s about a dozen clips from the week combined and played at 2x speed to shorten the time.
Nice to see some blue sky and sunshine today!
I managed to get some photos of this almost adult female eating a (frog?) and at the last minute thought "How about some video?"

Today at 11:30, the second party of Kékéland will be open.
Terry Fotherington will be the DJ for this party.
The first part of Kékéland was made in July. Now it's time to open the second part.
If the first part was very sunny, the second part is more in mood with the autumn season.
It's also a peaceful place with some differents spots.
At the top of the hill there is an abandonned place where I live. And where DJs could spin.
