Le 27 décembre, à midi, au début de la messe
Le cloches et le bourdon de Notre-Dame, je les avais déjà entendus sonner depuis le parvis. Le son de l'orgue, rescapé de l'incendie, seulement à la TV lors de la cérémonie de réouverture. Alors, j'ai attendu midi, le début de la messe. Sur place, ce premier morceau, ce fut beaucoup d'émotion.
Précision : pendant les offices, les visiteurs sont cantonnés sur les côtés. J'étais quasi au pied de l'orgue avec les visiteurs entrants.
LA RESTAURATION DE L'ORGUE :
L’orgue n’a souffert ni du feu ni de l’eau. En revanche, il a été envahi par de la poussière de plomb. Démonté en urgence, trois ateliers du sud de la France se sont chargés de le restaurer. Une restauration qui a pris trois ans mais permis de remettre à neuf les parties usées et corriger en profondeur tous les défauts constatés au fil des années. Il a fallu ensuite remonter ses 8000 tuyaux et enfin le ré-accorder afin qu'il retrouve le son qu'on lui connaissait.

observations on the lek are so interesting to watch....sometimes less attention is paid to the hens then simply sparing with each other.....
450g Malted Grain Bread flour
320g water
7g quick action dried yeast
7g salt
Mix together then, stretch and fold on a surface with no added flour until it comes together. Form into a ball and leave to rise.
600 frames 6 seconds apart @ 25fps => 1 hour in 24 seconds
