Vingt-et-un jets d’eau, éclairés par des projecteurs, ont été installés sur la Mayenne, en aval du pont Aristide Briand. Une première en France sur une rivière !
Profitant des écourues de la Mayenne, les travaux d’installation des jets d’eau ont débuté en septembre 2012 mais ont été interrompus suite aux fortes précipitations. Ils n'ont repris qu’un an plus tard, en septembre 2013.
La mise en eau officielle s’est effectuée le 16 novembre 2013
Didn't see any of the major splashes (I had my underwater camera just in case) but you can hear some of the sound for which Thunderho!e is famous. It is produced by water flowing into hollow beneath the rock.
Everything at Imagine Dragons is too round, algorithmically perfect. What a festival rock fan expects is twofold: vocalist with positive speeches, strong percussion and overcoming lyrics, for example.
With two Lollapaloozas in the bag, Imagine Dragons debuted at Rock in Rio near its peak. The U2 of this end of the decade does not skimp on shredded paper and vowel refrain. It has insistent guitar riff, but also some hip hop (diluted but present) and, new to this tour, more arrangements with electronic footprint. It was a live test of the strength of the Imagine Dragons.

Short vid before they drifted off to sleep. With only an extended monopod my apologies for the movement
A collection of short waring clips taken over the last few weeks.
More recently it's only the 2 young ones that come every night to feed. It's now apparent that one is growing faster than the other.
I am currently putting dried moist food out, as the local cat entered the feed box 5 times one night and exited licking her lips each time, so I've made rearrangements to stop that., including no cat food at the moment.
Being able to use the night camera every night has made keeping up with changes and challenges more possible and quicker.
At this time of year, I'm keeping a sharper eye out, especially on the 2 juniors.

C'est une ballade magnifique qui offre des points de vue extraordinaires sur la côte, les plages et les villes alentour comme Toulon.
À l'origine, l'île de Giens était semblable à ses voisines, les îles d'Hyères. Jusqu'au jour où, il y a plusieurs milliers d'années, s'opéra lentement un phénomène naturel le plus curieux de toute la méditerranée : le double tombolo (les deux cordons sableux qui relient l’île au continent).
La randonnée sur la Presqu’île de Giens est une boucle de 6km autour du port de la Madrague. C’est une balade d’une étonnante richesse qui parcourt différents milieux, allant de la pinède littorale au milieu dunaire, en passant par le littoral. Des paysages aussi diversifiés que surprenants à découvrir !

Originally, the island of Giens was similar to its neighbors, the islands of Hyères. Until the day when, thousands of years ago, there was slowly a most curious natural phenomenon of all the Mediterranean: the double tombolo (the two sandy cords that connect the island to the continent).
The hike on the peninsula of Giens is a loop of 6km around the port of Madrague. It is a stroll of astonishing richness that goes through different environments, ranging from the coastal pine forest to the dune, passing by the coast. Landscapes as diverse as surprising to discover!

Garden refuse and plastics are collected separately and this vehicle collects paper, card, glass and tins.

il "Soggiorno" - è stato fantastico ... peccato l'umidità!
Le amiche, alla riunione, che precedeva la partenza,
avevano assicurato che ad aprile, il clima era caldo.
Di giorno il clima era sicuramente caldo ... piacevole vivere
al Village, dove tutto era organizzato fin nei minimi particolari.
Per la cena al chiuso … anche ... non te ne accorgevi, ma ...
per il ballo all'aperto - che ridere ! ... i capelli delle donne,
chi diventava riccia - chi sembrava appena uscita dalla doccia.
Sicuramente una vacanza allegra da ricordare.
