The bottom of the vat contains a complex network of air pumps equipped with sound sensors.Based on the frequency of the music that is playing,the pumps release varying amounts of compressed air which in turn causes the mud to bubble up.Before long the bubbles are are gurgling in time to the music.

The children were excited to see fireflies for the first time. There are fewer and fewer fireflies every year, but this year we were lucky to be able to see them for two months on our nighttime walks.
I noticed that the juvenile Tundra Swans found a way to move up the river avoiding a strong current. They would swim close to the river bank. So I sat on a fallen tree close to the edge and tried to look like a branch 😉

Heber Valley Railroad's FP9ARM became a shop switcher, shuffling Denver & Rio Grande Western business car on Sept. 27. 2025.
It was built an FP9A for the Canadian National by GMD in April 1957. By Dec. 1983, it was remanufactured an 1800 HP FP9ARM for VIA Rail in CN's Pointe St-Charles shops in Montreal. On Feb. 4, 1986, it was wrecked in a deadly collision working the Super Continental passenger train in Hinton, Alberta. Miraculously, it survived the wreck with a replacement cab from a KCS F7.

This is Jack, my heart cat and a bunny that I fostered. Jack, who loved everybody and every other animal I brought in the house. I could not believe that he was eating the lettuce and parsley I had given the bun! Glad I got it on camera, as no one would believe me. The gate to the pen was open and bun had free reign, except at night. Jack was the best cat ever and I still miss him. I will never get over losing him.
Every step that you take makes part of your life.It determines you,leads you,enrich you.Use your power and step trough the day the best way you can.Doing that,even the top of the world is not an impossible goal to reach. So...Go!

Dans les fonds des océans l'obscurité est totale. Aujourd'hui, on estime que plus de 70% des animaux présents en dessous de 1000 mètres de profondeur sont bioluminescents. Cette lumière sert de communication visuelle et permet aux organismes de répondre à leurs besoins principaux : attitrer leur proie, séduire un partenaire, effrayer ou leurrer leurs prédateurs ou encore se camoufler.

Last year I did not see any varied thrush. This morning was the 4th time one landed on my deck. . I knew I wouldn't have time to set up my good camera with the big lens, which is sitting on a tripod in the kitchen with the short lens as I was doing some closeup photography, so I got my point and shoot and took a video. Next time, some still shots!
