The Eastern Screech Owl or Eastern screech-owl (Megascops asio) is a small owl that is relatively common in Eastern North America, from Mexico to Canada. Juvenile heron posing for me at Connaught Water in Epping Forest today. A bit windy so the lens was buffeted a bit. Astonishing the way these large birds can perch and maintain balance.
It was fun to watch this Trumper swan teach her young how to forage for food.

I happened upon this bullfrog with a polliwog too large to make a quick meal of it. Never did see the adult tadpole tail disappear. After an hour the frog moved on to other parts.

A drive (Right-hand drive) from Troodos Square to the summit of Mount Olympus, Troodos - Cyprus.
The summit elevation is 6401 feet above sea level.
The video clip was filmed on location. FHD 60 fps.
A Nikon Z5 Camera was used (handheld by a passenger with 2 LEFT hands).

Ce printemps. j'ai eu la chance de découvrir une famille de chouettes rayées quelques jours avant le départ des 3 petits. Au début j'étais bien caché dans une mini cache pour capter des moments le plus naturels possible. Puis, plus à découvert pour être un peu plus près, la famille ne s'occupait plus du tout de ma présence. Durée ici de 1:55 . Un des beaux moments vécus en photo animalière. Merci de votre visite.
