Apparently there are two sorts of Foxs' U-Bet Chocolate Flavor Syrup. The stuff with real sugar and the corn syrup kind. As with Coca Cola, the real sugar kind is one of those Passover only deals.

OK, not much "cooking" involved here, but eggos, blueberries and syrup goes a long way!

The syrup has been fully boiled. Now it's poured through a filter. Boiling the sap naturally makes a fine muck called "sugar sand". As soon as the syrup goes through the filter it's ready for canning.
