I shot this in one shot. The only digital manipulation is curves & coloring. This shoot was my first experimentation with long exposure, and shooting it with my mkii involved lots of creativity, blankets, towels, my remote and a flashlight.
This is the third video of surgery on Tim's legs for Restless legs Syndrome. In this video you'll see the decompression of his superficial peroneal nerve tunnel. This nerve tunnel in your leg is often the cause of the symptoms you experience in the lower part of your leg extending down towards your foot and ankle. I commonly refer to Restless Legs by a new term, Restless Legs Compression Syndrome as for many patients compression on nerves in the legs from tight tunnels can be the cause. the concept of this photoshoot was to explore the relationship between "twins" (they're actually triplets; there's a brother included), and it was also part of my "The Young & The Restless" series.

The Restless was built in 1965 by "Hook Brothers" Teignmouth, She is the last of three boats built by Stanley Hook, Syd Hook and Jim Belton. She has been operating out of Teignmouth as a pleasure boat since then. The Restless was used as the Teignmouth Auxiliary Lifeboat for many years until the RNLI provided a boat for the town, The Coxwain was the current owner William Hook (Bill)
