Once again, Patricia, my all-time favorite model, poses as a redhead on a crisp day in March.

Red Tailed Buzzard (native to California and known as a Red Tailed Hawk in the US,) perched on its handlers glove at Chester Falconry Experience.

If you haven't been yet then I can highly recommend it. The displays (weather permitting) are incredible and fantastic for families, especially the Peregrine Falcon. I couldn't get over the speed of them. So fast that I gave up trying to capture it in flight and just marvelled at the grace and speed.

Overcast day at St Marks Wildlife Refuge.

There are a few red bellied woodpeckers around our woods, and am hoping to get a closer shot. They're pretty flighty, though, so I'm happy to get this shot from a couple of weeks ago.

Light decorations

Saw this attractive red hair girl over at Sydney.

These old cruiser bicycles are seen a lot here in Victoria. The style is one that goes back a long time, yet why fix what isn't broken? They still ride wonderfully, the fenders keep the rain from soaking the rider, and the classic look fits in perfectly with the heritage feel of the city.
