These two red telephone boxes were not in the greatest condition but they both had working telephones in them.

In Florida, Red-shouldered Hawks breed from January through May or through June . Most birds reside in Florida, but the states' population is
augmented in September and October by fall migrants from northern states.
The Red-shouldered Hawk is probably the most numerous and widely distributed breeding hawk in Florida. Pairs
are quite noticeable as they circle above their territories, incessantly crying "kee-yar kee-yar," and intermittent
performing undulating sky-dances.
I found this one perched on a fence doing his crying thing, at Dinner Island Ranch WMA. Hendry County, Florida.
It was just one of over a dozen I saw that day.

This vixen visited our garden a few evenings ago and made herself quite at home as my wife and myself took several photos of her.
This photo was taken by my wife.
Red Squirrel munching on a walnut on the Alverstone Meade nature reserve, Isle of Wight. It was a little overcast and dull so flash was used to boost the colours.

This handmade purse is made from soft green wool and felt applique. The red poppies on the outside match the poppy lining and the zipper pocket. A metal magnet clasp seals the deal.
I have a friend that grows the most beautiful orchids but also Amaryllis. I think that being a gardener is a gift.
The Seiroyagura (lookout tower) overlooks the gate and provides a clear view throughout the Red castle grounds. More vegetation to be added around the tower as the Samurai house and the dojo can be seen in the background.

Found near the little bridge at the bottom of the reserve. Saw a few but this was the only one that stayed in view.
These potatoes had been in the cupboard a bit too long, but there was a surprising amount of detail on the sprouts that were growing on them.

Red Shouldered Bugs - Jadera haematoloma.
"Jadera bugs feed on leaking tree sap, dead insects or fallen seeds from nearby trees. They feed on the sap from foliage, flowers and buds, and as a matter of fact, are actually quite beneficial to your backyard garden."
