Je ne sais pas pourquoi on l'appelle la mer Rouge (vous pouvez aller voir sur Wikipedia), mais les Bahamas n’ont qu’à bien se tenir pour les tons de bleu ! 💙
I don’t know why the Red Sea is called red when it’s so blue! Perhaps that's something to Google this weekend😉💙

Most red admirals are migrants to the UK from North Africa and continental Europe, This familiar and distinctive insect may be found anywhere in Britain and Ireland and in all habitat types.
Starting each spring and continuing through the summer there are northward migrations, which are variable in extent and timing, from North Africa and continental Europe. The immigrant females lay eggs and consequently there is an emergence of fresh butterflies, from about July onwards. They continue flying into October or November and are typically seen nectaring on garden buddleias or flowering Ivy and on rotting fruit.
There is an indication that numbers have increased in recent years and that overwintering has occurred in the far south of England.

Marrakech or Marrakesh is known as the Red City, Pearl of the South, Jewel of the South, The Rose City. The city is still painted entirely in salmon pink, in keeping with the red-clay earth below. It is the second largest city in Morocco.
Red-winged Blackbirds trilled loudly in the marshes at Lake St. Clair Metropark. They were in the reeds, in the trees, on the grassy areas, but not en masse. Instead they had staked out their areas several weeks earlier. A large number of Red-wings did congregate at the Nature Center feeders, outside of the marsh.
Sonoma, CA - Had a visit to Cornerstone and walked the campus with camera in hand. Lots of art to explore and photograph. There is something to be said about experiencing art on the canvas of the outdoors.

A Red Legged HoneyCreeper at Laguna Del Lagarto in Costa Rica. A super place to visit if you're a bird photographer!
This looks spacious, but it is only about 2 inches wide. I hung red and green Christmas lights above a small piece of crinkled silver mylar and photographed the reflections. It was mesmerizing! Moving the camera up or down an inch gave a totally different composition and moving the mylar around gave more compositions.
