The first pizza I made from scratch. Mmmm!
Toppings: marinated artichoke hearts, red bell pepper, fire roasted red pepper, onion, basil, parsley, mushroom, spinach, and mozzarella!
The first thing I used my new Kitchenaid Mixer for was making dough! This is my first loaf of bread not made in a bread machine, I think it came out pretty well :)

We made these for some kids in the family for Christmas. They turned out really cute. Homemade Memory Game
Looks better than it tasted.... Went to a bit of trouble. Pepperoni-bacon-chopped spinach-mushrooms-lots and lots of cheese. My honey liked it so that's all that mattered!
I finished this embroidery piece after doing it in bits and pieces for months. Its good practise for my stitching skills and also for neatness. Anyway the theme of this one is Homemade Handmade.
Anyway its felt and embroidery on a linen cotton mix and its 'signed'.
(By the way I'm not putting this up on etsy, so if anyone is interested my purchasing send me an email.)
starbucks is pushing tea latte's these days so we decided to make our own and see what the rave is all about.
Another batch of homemade donuts. This time I didn't fry them but used a yeast batter to bake just how you would to a normal bread. Turned out salty however. Will make another trial in the future.
My first attempt at making them from scratch (no dry mix) and they were really quite tasty. We ate them in whole wheat pitas with fresh spinach leaves, slices of tomatoes, and a homemade tahini-yogurt-garlic sauce. Mmmmmm.

I forgot to take a picture of my homemade yogurt before I ate it but as you can tell, I ate it. Therefore, it passed the taste test. I sliced up a banana, added some stevia and pecans. Yummy. Not as tangy as I like, probably because I used storebought yogurt as a starter. Next time, I'll use actual yogurt starter.
