My homemade Telecaster relic. It is a Fernandez telecaster with a Fender replacement neck and a custom decal. It might not be obvious from this photo but I worked quite a bit by various means to make this like a Fender "relic" and when people see this guitar in person they often ask, "What year is it?"
I took the body apart and left it out in the sun for days; I dragged it down the sidewalk; I studied photos of very old electric guitars from a book I have and sanded the finish off on the finger board and neck in a similar pattern; I put sandpaper on the front of my shirt and along my right sleeve and played it. In retrospect this sounds sort of dumb but I had a fun project and the guitar sounds great and looks and feels great. Plus at this point I don't feel like I need to baby it.

I made these for a little 4 year old student whose house I'll be visiting this week. I think all little boys like this cartoon??
I definately know a 2 year old boy in our congregation loves Anpanman (because suddenly in the middle of a meeting he'll call out his name lol) so I plan on giving him some at the meeting today =)

Made some homemade cinnabons today, they turned out really well. Not quite as gooey as the real ones, but a little bit more refined I think!
Had the real ones about 8 years ago when I was in the US and haven't had one since.

Please look closely there all sorts of things on this bike, the front forks pump up to lift it off the ground (it is actually sitting on the ground), The riders seat is a Tractor seat not the Pillion Saddle as the Judge thought, The tank is made from Car Rocker Box Covers, there are Spark Plugs all over the place filling up different things, there is a Stirrup Pump doing something under the tank, There is a Blow Lamp on the side, The Exhaust Pipe has a bit in the end that jumps up and down when the engine runs,
When the chap left on it it was one kick and it started, he then jacked up the front with the hydraulics and rode it away as if he could have gone for miles and miles.
It may look a mess but I though it was well thought out.
